SAP’s SuccessFactors HCM Solution area is seeking a Senior Consultant to work as an Integration Functional Consultant within the Cloud Integration Services Organization. Up to 25% travel may be required.

Expectations and Tasks

• Help with Integration workshops to gather/clarify requirements
• Perform functional analysis and product configurations based on customer needs and product capabilities
• Configure pre-packaged integrations based on implementation needs
• Assist Project Managers in project timeline discussions related to integrations
• Participate in requirements gathering, analysis, and testing efforts
• Work in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment and be a team player. May lead small technical teams and facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing timely services with proper communication
• Handle multiple projects and technical tasks simultaneously
• Quickly and efficiently grasp application and integration concepts of new products
• Have a good technical understanding of products and integrations to assist stakeholders

Education, Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 1-3 years of professional experience in SuccessFactors integrations
• Experience with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Knowledge of configuration and deployment activities for SuccessFactors SFSF integrations using BIB/BIP
• Strong interpersonal, communication, customer-facing, and team skills
• Experience working effectively with remote teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate progress
• SAP ERP/SAP SuccessFactors Full Cloud/Core Hybrid Integration Certification is a plus, but not mandatory
• Nice to have experience with ABAP, CPI, and SuccessFactors Integration Center
