As a German-speaking Streaming Platform Experience Advocate, you will support users of a leading streaming service by ensuring they enjoy a smooth, engaging, and personalized viewing experience. From answering questions about shows to resolving technical issues, you will combine your love of entertainment with high-quality customer service.

Your Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

• Identify issues, troubleshoot, and provide effective solutions.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Record and update information accurately in the CRM system.

• Provide ad-hoc support when required.

• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve goals and maintain service excellence.

Your Profile

• Native-level German and at least B1 English.

• Enthusiasm for movies, series, and entertainment.

• Strong communication and active listening skills.

• Customer service orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Energetic, proactive, and innovative mindset.

• Interest in intercultural communication and expatriate life.

• Already living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career.

• Long-term fixed-term contract, renewable yearly.

• Rotating shifts: 5 days/week (including weekends), between 8 AM and 9 PM.

• Salary options (based on experience):

  • With free shared accommodation (all bills included): €950 – €1,000 gross/month.

  • Without accommodation: €1,300 – €1,400 gross/month.

• Relocation package for international candidates:

  • Reimbursement of initial flight after 9 months.
