Visagio in Lisboa, PT is recruiting for a Project Specialist to work across consulting engagements, implementation projects, and transformation initiatives. You will participate in diagnostic development, data consolidation, and the execution of recommendations that create tangible business impact.

You will contribute to analyses, interviews, and information gathering, with direct exposure to clients, including senior executives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Ideally, up to 4 years of professional experience in business, technical, project management, strategic, or transformation-related roles.
• Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving capabilities to address complex challenges.
• Ability to organise information, interpret data, and support the development of business recommendations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to structure presentations and prepare executive-level materials.
• Ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate with different profiles and functions.
• Proactive, curious, organized, and detail-oriented profile.
• Knowledge of ArtificialIntelligence tools and their applications in a business environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop quantitative and qualitative analyses to support decision-making.
• Support the structuring and execution of project workstreams.
• Participate in interviews, discussions, and information-gathering initiatives.
• Contribute to process mapping and redesign initiatives, with a focus on efficiency and simplification.
• Help develop hypotheses for analysis and build action plans to support implementation.
• Participate in the implementation of solutions with clients, monitoring performance indicators and supporting change management and the sustainable adoption of initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Prepare executive-level materials and presentations with clarity and objectivity.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and organisation across project deliverables.
