A leading consulting firm in Lisbon is seeking a Project Manager to lead transformation projects. You will design and implement client plans, coordinate PMO tasks, and manage workstreams independently while coaching junior consultants. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years’ experience in consulting, and excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese. The role offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and flexible travel.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a consulting context.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese, Spanish is a plus.
• Flexibility to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement client's transformation plans and execute wide transformation programs.
• Coordinate and follow up on PMO tasks, manage project workstreams independently.
• Lead junior consultants and clients in projects or workstreams.
