Ey-Parthenon in Lisboa/Caparica seeks a Strategy & Transaction Consultant to help define and execute transaction strategies for clients across sectors. You will work on due diligences, integrations, and carve-out projects, mentoring colleagues and applying Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and Design Thinking.

Required: 2–4 years in continuous improvement or BPM, BPMN knowledge, and full English proficiency. Experience in consulting is valued; strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Academic background in financial, technological or analytical fields matching the role.
• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in continuous improvement, BPM, or business process analysis.
• Experience in a consulting environment is valued.
• Proficiency in BPMN and process modeling.
• Full English proficiency.
• Ability to explain why you should be considered for this position.

Responsabilidades

• Support multiple operational due diligences, integration and Carve Out projects.
• Define and implement integration strategies focused on day 1 readiness and 100 day plan.
• Identify, develop and implement synergies and value creation strategies.
• Identify and define revised organizational designs and target operating model.
• Participate in initiatives to improve margins and re-engineer operating models where appropriate.
• Support strategic planning activities and develop client solutions.
• Lead clear communication with stakeholders and mentor junior team members.
• Understand EY and its service lines to better serve clients.
