Körber is seeking a curious Strategy & Transformation Intern to join our global Strategy team in Porto, Portugal. You will gain hands-on experience in corporate strategy, transformation initiatives and M&A activities while working with senior leaders on impactful projects.

You will develop insights from data, prepare high-quality presentations, and support cross-functional teams across an international environment. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.

Qualificações

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Business, Economics, Engineering).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills are required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management能力.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Support development and execution of Körber Supply Chain's strategic initiatives.
• Conduct market, customer and competitor research to identify trends and risks.
• Prepare presentations, reports and strategic recommendations for executive stakeholders.
• Assist in planning and execution of transformation projects from concept to implementation.
• Track strategic initiatives and monitor KPIs for governance meetings.
• Analyze business performance data to generate actionable insights for leadership.
• Support M&A activities including market screening and target identification.
• Assist in preparation of investment materials and business cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across an international environment.

We are looking for a curious, analytical and driven Strategy & Transformation Intern to join our global Strategy team. Your role in our team

• Support the development and execution of Körber Supply Chain's strategic initiatives.
• Conduct market, customer and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities and business risks.
• Prepare high-quality presentations, reports and strategic recommendations for executive stakeholders.
• Support the planning and execution of transformation projects from concept to implementation.
• Track strategic initiatives, monitor KPIs and support governance meetings.
• Analyse business performance data to generate actionable insights for leadership.
• Support M&A activities, including market screening, target identification and business case preparation.
• Assist in the preparation of investment materials, valuation analyses and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across an international environment.

Your profile

• You have or are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent numerical and financial literacy.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Confidence working with Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Fluency in English (German is a plus).
• A proactive mindset with curiosity, ownership and a willingness to learn.
• The ability to work independently while thriving in collaborative environments.
