Job summary

Fierra is a boutique executive search and leadership advisory firm seeking an Analyst to work with the Managing Partner and consultants in Lisbon or London. The role focuses on turning strategic thinking into proposals, pitch documents and published thought leadership to win mandates.

You will help shape leadership, governance and succession thinking, write and edit articles, and produce proposals that convert conversations into client mandates.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy consulting preferred (global firms desirable).
• Rigorous, structured, intellectually honest with depth in leadership topics.
• Excellent English writing; can distill complex arguments to pages or slides.
• Analytical mindset; pride in high-quality output.

Responsibilities

• Research and write Fierra thought pieces with data and interviews.
• Produce client proposals and pitch documents from structure to final PPT.
• Build and maintain the firm’s intellectual assets and market perspectives.
• Support Partners on business development, including target-client analysis.
• Help shape Fierra’s voice across articles, LinkedIn and client communications.
