Qualificações

• At least 3 years of experience in Strategy and Operations consulting.
• Strong business sense, analytical skills and numerical understanding.
• Proven leadership and project management track record.
• Client-oriented with focus on delivering results.
• Excellent oral and written communication; able to share ideas clearly.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (oral and written) is mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

What you’ll do?

As a Senior Consultant, you will have to actively think with clients about their business strategies and the development of organizational and transformational plans. You will be faced with great client exposure, managing stakeholder's relationships and translate client's needs into projects.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in Strategy and Operations consulting firms
• Strong business sense, analytical skills and numerical understanding
• Proven record of leadership and project management skills
• Client and result's orientation
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate ideas effectively
• Oral and written fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory
• Good domain of Microsoft Office Apps (especially Excel, Powerpoint)
