BIP Portugal is seeking a motivated Junior Consultant to join our growth-oriented team in Lisbon. You will work with clients and colleagues to shape business strategies and transformational plans, gaining exposure early and contributing to project delivery.

Qualificações

• Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Management, Economy, Engineering or Finance with outstanding academic record.
• Strong business sense, analytical skills and numerical understanding.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and effectively with people at all levels.
• Client orientation and results-driven mindset.
• Excellent oral and written communication in Portuguese and English (fluent).

What you’ll do?

As a Junior Consultant you will have to actively think with your team and clients about their business strategies and the development of organizational and transformational plans. You will be faced with client exposure early on and is expected to contribute greatly to each project's execution.
