Job summary

Samlino Group is seeking a Founder’s Associate to join our Lisbon-based team. You will own strategic projects, work across three markets, and travel regularly to collaborate with diverse teams and founders. Ambition, proactivity, and fast learning are essential to drive growth and deliver tangible outcomes.

You’ll engage in high-impact initiatives, develop strategic plans, and contribute to scaling the business across markets while working closely with cross-functional teams and leaders.

Qualifications

• Danish speaker and English fluency are required.
• EU work permit is required to work in the EU.

Your Responsibilities

You will own your own projects and be responsible for driving results across various projects and initiatives. Responsibilities in this job will evolve and be defined and redefined throughout your time with us. The aim is to take ownership of and drive the development of progressively larger opportunities. Success requires the following:

• Setting ambitious yet achievable goals, developing strategic plans to reach them, and executing with urgency and intensity to deliver measurable outcomes
• Take ownership of assigned projects or tasks from inception to completion, including defining clear objectives, plans, and deliverables

Start Date and Location

The role will be full time, onsite in Lisbon, Portugal.

It will cover all three markets, so regular travel will be part of what we have in mind for you! It will also include extended stays working hands-on with the teams in the different locations.
