Samlino Group in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a highly ambitious Junior Executive to own strategic projects across three markets. You will travel regularly, work closely with founders and international peers, and sharpen your entrepreneurial and leadership skills in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

You must be Danish-speaking, fluent in English, and able to work under an EU permit. The role is full-time and onsite, with hands-on exposure to cross-market initiatives and rapid personal

Your Responsibilities

You will own your own projects and be responsible for driving results across various projects and initiatives. Responsibilities in this job will evolve and be defined and redefined throughout your time with us. The aim is to take ownership of and drive the development of progressively larger opportunities. Success requires the following:

• Setting ambitious yet achievable goals, developing strategic plans to reach them, and executing with urgency and intensity to deliver measurable outcomes
• Take ownership of assigned projects or tasks from inception to completion, including defining clear objectives, plans, and deliverables

Start Date and Location

The role will be full time, onsite in Lisbon, Portugal.

It will cover all three markets, so regular travel will be part of what we have in mind for you! It will also include extended stays working hands-on with the teams in the different locations.
