Inetum2 is seeking a highly analytical Business Management Officer to join a global IT and Risk/Finance transformation environment. You will work with senior stakeholders to shape governance, workforce strategy, and program delivery across international teams.

The role emphasizes data-driven reporting, KPI oversight, and continuous improvement in governance standards. You will develop executive dashboards and help optimize workforce planning for a distributed organization.

Qualificações

• Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and modeling.
• Experience with Power BI for reporting, dashboards, and data visualization.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to create executive-level materials.
• English proficiency at high level (C1 or above).

Responsabilidades

• Support the evolution of workforce planning and cross‑shoring strategies.
• Coordinate governance forums related to workforce transformation.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis.
• Contribute to transformation programs and continuous improvement efforts.
