The role sits within a strategic team responsible for governance, transformation, portfolio oversight, and operational excellence across a large international organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Professional experience in governance, transformation or PMO-related roles.
• Proven ability to deliver value through analysis and transformation initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Evolve workforce planning and cross-shoring strategies across the organization.
• Conduct capability assessments and gap analyses to align talent needs with business objectives.
• Collaborate with managers to develop and implement workforce strategies.
• Coordinate governance forums related to workforce transformation and cross-shoring initiatives.
• Monitor progress, cost optimization opportunities, and workforce KPIs.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Produce insightful analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor budgets and performance indicators.
• Identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis.
