EY in Lisbon seeks a motivated Manager to join the Business Tax Compliance team. You will manage multiple tax compliance projects for domestic and global clients, identify new business opportunities, and ensure timely, quality deliverables while leveraging technology.

The role requires at least 4 years in Tax Compliance, a degree in Tax/Economics, and strong English; experience in consulting is valued. EY offers career development, flexible working support, and a collaborative environment.

Qualificações

• Academic degree in Tax, Economics or similar fields.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in Tax Compliance.
• Experience in consulting environment (Big4 or second tier valued).
• Full English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple technical and advisory Tax Compliance projects to a wide range of domestic and global clients.
• Identify and develop new strategic business opportunities.
• Manage timings and expectations with customers.
• Deliver quality deliverables/solutions using general Tax Compliance knowledge and contribute to growth through process optimization and technology.
• Advise local and multinational companies to align tax positions with business strategy.
• Ensure submission of corporate tax obligations (IRC, IVA, IRS, IMI, etc) and other compliance obligations.
• Stay abreast of current tax, legal and business trends relevant to the client's business.
• Contribute to the team’s productivity and motivation through good communication and cooperation.
