Friland A/s in Portugal is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to support demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and transportation activities, ensuring product availability while balancing service, costs, and working capital.

You will collaborate across Commercial, Production, Logistics, Finance, and Procurement to drive effective planning processes and continuous improvement throughout the supply chain.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, or Operations.
• Experience with demand planning, inventory management, and transportation coordination.
• Strong knowledge of ERP and planning systems.
• Experience working in international and multi-site environments is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts and supply plans.
• Monitor inventory levels, safety stock, and obsolescence risks.
• Coordinate transportation activities to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Manage and support import/export activities, including customs documentation.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and operational constraints.
• Ensure alignment between customer demand, inventory availability, and logistics execution.
• Monitor KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in S&OP processes and cross-functional planning reviews.
• Support regional procurement and supplier-related activities when required.
