VML, a WPP agency, is seeking a Research Analyst to join our growing research and strategy team in Lisbon. You will work initially on the Microsoft account, turning data and market intelligence into strategic direction.

You will be part of a fast-track, growth-oriented environment with mentorship from senior strategists and a path to greater responsibility as the client portfolio expands.

Qualificações

• Strong data literacy with comfort analysing datasets and dashboards.
• Ability to translate data into clear strategic recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal English fluency; clear communication is essential.
• Uncompromising eye for detail and quality in deliverables.
• Proactive, well-organised, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Data-driven insights & research rigour: apply robust research processes.
• Quantitative analysis: assist in surveys and segmentation studies.
• Performance analysis: review past campaigns and identify trends.
• Social listening & auditing: monitor conversations and extract insights.
• Qualitative support: assist with focus groups and interviews.
• Competitor intelligence: analyze competitors’ campaigns and positioning.
• Trend spotting: surface cultural/tech moments relevant to clients.
• Whitespace identification: identify opportunities for our clients.
