VML Enterprise Solutions is seeking a detail‑oriented Research Analyst to join our growing research and strategy team in a hybrid work environment. You will work on flagship accounts, starting with Microsoft, turning research data and market intelligence into stronger strategic direction for client campaigns.

You will contribute to quantitative and qualitative research, supporting senior strategists while developing your own scope and impact within a collaborative agency setting.

Qualificações

• Strong numerical literacy and comfort with data dashboards.
• Ability to translate data into clear strategic insights.
• Proficient written and spoken English; CV in English required.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in outputs.
• Proactive, organized, able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Data-driven insights: support rigorous research processes and surveys; analyse large data sets.
• Performance analysis: review campaign data to identify trends and optimisation opportunities.
• Social listening & auditing: monitor conversations and extract actionable insights.
• Qualitative support: assist in qualitative research such as focus groups and interviews.
