Job summary

Delnext is seeking a Strategic Project Manager to drive the planning, execution, and delivery of critical company initiatives. You will partner with C-level leaders and department heads to align projects with strategic goals and translate data into actionable strategy.

The role requires 3+ years in similar roles or consulting, strong analytical and leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering or related field; MBA is highly desirable.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, or in consultancy, project management or business strategy.
• Proven ability to think strategically and analytically and solve complex problems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and resolve critical issues facing the company across departments
• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of strategic projects
• Work closely with department heads and the C-suite to align organizational efforts with strategic goals
• Develop data-driven insights for strategy formulation
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
