Siemens Energy is seeking an experienced Procurement Lead to own end-to-end delivery for projects in Portugal. You will develop procurement plans, schedule, and ensure cost-effective, timely supply of materials and services across bid, execution, and close-out.

You will drive supplier negotiation and contract management, lead RFx processes, manage POs, and mitigate supplier risks, while aligning with Quality, Logistics and Finance.

Qualificações

• Degree in supply chain, business or related field.
• 6+ years’ experience in procurement of engineered products and/or services within a project environment.
• Advanced analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional European languages a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP or equivalent ERP; experience with digitalization initiatives.
• Experience in service or project environments; knowledge of RFx, incoterms, logistics and change management.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end procurement delivery for assigned projects across the full lifecycle (bid-phase to close-out).
• Develop and maintain project procurement plan and schedule to ensure cost-effective, timely supply of materials and services.
• Lead supplier negotiations and contract implementation and management for optimal performance.
• Manage RFx processes (RFI/RFQ/RFP) and evaluate bids with technical stakeholders.
• Approve and manage purchase orders and contracts, ensuring governance and documentation.
• Coordinate supplier quality requirements and compliance with project and regulatory needs.
