CME is seeking an experienced Head of Procurement & Logistics to lead the procurement and supply chain for its Data Centre MEP projects. The role focuses on developing effective procurement strategies, ensuring timely delivery of long lead items, and improving supplier performance across mission-critical deliveries.

Based in Portugal, the candidate will oversee cross-functional governance, cost control, and continuous improvement while coordinating with Engineering and Construction teams to meet

Qualificações

• Degree in Engineering or related field and professional procurement knowledge.
• Minimum 5 years in senior procurement and supply chain leadership roles.
• Strong commercial, contractual knowledge and supplier negotiations.
• Experience with bid evaluations and subcontract management.
• Fluent English (C1) and Portuguese preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement procurement and logistics strategies aligned with project programs and milestones.
• Define project procurement plans, identify critical packages, long lead equipment, risks and mitigations.
• Lead sourcing and tendering activities for major MEP packages, including evaluations, negotiations and awards.
• Build and manage relationships with strategic manufacturers, suppliers, subcontractors and logistics partners.
• Oversee procurement status, logistics planning, material flows, and site deliveries in line with construction priorities.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Planning, Commercial, Construction and Commissioning teams to drive governance and cost optimization.
