The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving successful project delivery. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent stakeholder management skills, with

Qualificações

:Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, IT or related field.
:Proven experience in program/project management roles.
:Experience managing large-scale programs with multiple stakeholders.
:Experience in line management is a must.
:Strong knowledge of project management software.
:Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

Plan, execute, and manage programs to align with organizational goals and deliver business value.
Oversee multiple projects, ensuring coordination, prioritization, and resource allocation.
Establish and manage program governance structures with risk mitigation, compliance, and reporting.
Develop and maintain detailed program plans, budgets, and schedules.
Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams for seamless delivery of results.
Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues; implement corrective actions.
