Hovione is seeking a proactive procurement professional to lead sourcing and supplier management for indirect materials and services at our Lisbon site. You will drive category strategies, vendor selection and continuous improvement with a focus on quality and compliance.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s or equivalent, 3–5 years in complex industries, and strong negotiation skills plus fluent English. Knowledge of GMP/HSE and pharmaceutical supply chains is a plus.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences or Business Management.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in complex industries.
• Experience in Commercial roles and in Fine Chemicals/Pharma preferred.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sourcing and procurement for indirect materials and services.
• Develop purchasing strategies to ensure supply continuity and regulatory compliance.
• Build supplier relationships and manage performance metrics.
• Ensure tasks are executed in GMP/HSE-compliant manner and aligned with company policies.
