FedEx is seeking a Planning & Engineering Business Analyst in the Porto region to drive analysis, redesign, and optimization of business flows. You will partner with Operations, Technology, Regulatory and other teams to deliver scalable, future-ready solutions that align with strategic goals.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, willingness to travel, and fluency in English. It offers hybrid working and opportunities for professional development within a global logistics

Qualificações

• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities across levels.
• Root-cause analysis and strategic prioritization experience.
• Experience in designing and documenting business/system requirements.
• Affinity with technology and an innovative mindset.
• Willingness to travel frequently (25%+).
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Exposure to Customs Clearance and Business Analysis is an advantage.
• Preferably education in business-related fields (MBA or similar).
• Preferably a Business Analyst certificate or willingness to pursue one.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, validate and document detailed business needs, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Evaluate requests against corporate strategy.
• Hand-over requirements to development teams.
• Support user-acceptance testing (UAT) and assist with change management.
• Identify opportunities for innovations and improvements.
• Take ownership of initiatives and drive them to completion.
• Maintain close partnerships with IT, Operations and Regulatory.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify business needs.
