FedEx is seeking a Planning & Engineering Business Analyst (Associate - Standard - Senior) to join our Europe team in Porto. You will gather, validate and document detailed business needs, translate them into functional specs and hand over to development teams, while supporting UAT and change management.

You will engage with IT, Operations and Regulatory, travel 25% or more to FedEx locations across Europe, and collaborate with stakeholders across levels to drive innovations and ensure solutions

Qualificações

• Strong analytical thinking is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong root-cause analysis and prioritization.
• Experience designing and documenting business/system requirements.
• Affinity with technology and an innovative mindset.
• Willingness to travel 25%+ to various FedEx locations in Europe.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Exposure to Customs Clearance and Business Analysis is an advantage.
• MBA or related master's degree, or similar; BA certificate preferred.
• Willingness to study to obtain Business Analyst certification.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, validate and document detailed business needs, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Evaluate business requests and needs against the corporate strategy.
• Hand-over requirements to development teams.
• Support user-acceptance testing (UAT) and assist with change management.
• Recognize and recommend opportunities for innovations.
• Take ownership of initiatives and work independently to successful conclusion.
• Maintain close partnerships with collaborating departments (IT, Operations, Regulatory).
• Engage with all levels of business stakeholders to identify business needs.
