Bedrock Streaming is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to build strong client relationships and guide streaming strategy across product and technology. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams in a dynamic, international environment.

You will work on strategic meetings, commercial management, and ensuring alignment with contracts while pursuing opportunities to grow the client portfolio and deliver measurable value. English fluency required, travel possible.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in business or management preferred.
• 2–3 years in key account management.
• 2–3 years in tech-driven or media environment.
• Experience in streaming media is a plus.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Google Suite.
• Willingness to travel.
• French or German is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and coordinate strategic meetings with clients (e.g. Steering Committees).
• Manage commercial relationship between clients and Bedrock (monthly billing, pricing, budgeting with Finance).
• Prepare quotations for projects.
• Ensure alignment with contractual and commercial terms in client interactions.
• Monitor account health: performance, client satisfaction, alignment with objectives; provide insights for improvement.
• Participate in client and internal product/tech meetings, representing client priorities.
