IQVIA in Lisbon seeks an experienced professional to develop the global contracting strategy and support start-up contracting for sponsors and multi-protocol programs. You will coordinate language development, budget templates, and contract workflows to enable timely study initiation.

You will collaborate with sponsors, RSU regions, and study teams to ensure compliant execution, maintain contracting metrics, and mentor colleagues through training and knowledge sharing.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 5 years of sponsor or CRO clinical site contracting experience, globally or regionally.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and communicate effectively.
• Strong writing skills in legal/financial/technical contexts.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH and regulatory guidelines.
• Ability to work in a matrix team environment.
• Develop contracting language and templates.

• Develop and coordinate the development of investigator grants and contracting strategies to support proposals.
• Create contract language, payment language and budget templates.
• Utilize and maintain contracting systems, tools and processes for sponsors and studies.
• Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders and RSU regions to deliver project scope.
• Provide specialist contracting support to study teams and site agreements.
• Assist with creation/review of core documentation for study initiation and maintenance.
• Disseminate contracting intelligence to support studies and the company.
• Ensure contracting efficiency and adherence to timelines and financial goals.
• Report contracting performance metrics and out-of-scope activities as required.
• Mentor and coach colleagues and deliver training materials.
• Deliver client presentations and maintain CTMS and other systems.
