Job summary

IQVIA Biotech is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Associate to support start-up contracting activities for selected sponsors, studies, or multi-protocol programs. The role requires 6+ years in contracting, strong negotiation and communication skills, and familiarity with regulated clinical trials.

The position is homebased across France, Spain, Portugal & Greece, emphasizing collaboration with sponsors, regions, and RSU teams to meet project timelines and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or health care.
• +6 years experience in contract negotiation or site contracting.
• Experience with sponsor or CRO clinical site contracting.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH and regulatory guidelines.
• Understanding of regulated clinical trial environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and email.
• Ability to prepare proposals, bid grids and budgets.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop investigator grant estimates and proposal text to support the proposal development process.
• Utilize and maintain contract and budget templates and contracting systems per Scope of Work and Project Plan.
• Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders and RSU regions to deliver the project scope.
• Provide operational and financial contracting support for trials and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist in creation/review of core documentation to support study initiation/maintenance.
• Collect, interpret, analyze and disseminate contracting data for studies.
• Ensure contracting efficiency and report performance metrics.
• Ensure contract management quality standards and provide administrative support.
• Maintain internal systems (CTMS) and project plans.
