HN Services Portugal is seeking a Business Analyst / Functional Expert to join an international project focused on Risk, Stress Testing and Regulatory topics within the Banking & Financial Services sector. You will translate business requirements into functional specs, collaborate with stakeholders and support Stress Test results validation.

The role requires strong analytical skills, SQL and Python proficiency, and experience in credit risk frameworks (IFRS 9 / Basel).

Qualificações

• Professional experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Expert within Credit Risk, IFRS 9, Basel regulations or Stress Testing – mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of SQL – mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Python – mandatory.
• Academic background in Mathematics, IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Previous experience in the banking/financial sector is highly valued.
• Knowledge of PySpark, Dataiku and Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skill.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications.

• Participate in the production and validation of official Stress Test results.
• Provide functional support to end users.
• Contribute to the testing and deployment of new functionalities.
