Allianz Services is seeking a Controlling Expert to oversee financials across a defined area, ensuring accuracy of costs, revenues, and profits. You will report and forecast KPIs, collaborate with business owners, and drive improvements while aligning with IFRS and Allianz policies.

You will prepare analyses and dashboards for internal stakeholders, support budgeting, and provide business partnership in decision topics, with a focus on efficiency and best practices.

Qualificações

• Proven working experience in Finance, Controlling, and/or Accounting – at least 3 years.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and performance monitoring.
• Ability to develop and enhance financial guidelines, processes, and systems.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; German or other local languages desirable.
• Interest in IT and GenAI is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure completeness and accuracy of all financials: costs, revenues, and operating profits.
• Monitor performance vs. plan/forecast, analyze deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Create and provide comprehensive financial analyses, reports, and dashboards.
• Oversee monthly billing, revenue accrual, and cost provision processes.
• Develop recommendations for financial targets in planning and forecasting.
• Collaborate with central/local teams to standardize guidelines and processes.
