Elastic is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own XDR and the evolving exposure and vulnerability capabilities. You will lead end-to-end XDR, shaping strategy and roadmap with the Elastic Security Labs and Engineering teams.

• 7–10 years in product management, 4+ years in security or B2B enterprise software.

Responsabilidades

• Own XDR strategy and delivery across endpoint, cloud, identity, and network.
• Lead XDR expansion into exposure and vulnerability management.
• Define prioritization between XDR, exposure, and adjacent surfaces.
• Collaborate with Entity Analytics for asset criticality and context.
• Represent product voice with senior customer stakeholders (CISO, VP Security Operations).
• Track competitive landscape and translate it into differentiated direction.
• Create artifacts (roadmaps, memos, briefs) for visibility without meetings.
