Vestas seeks a procurement professional to join the Logistics & Construction Procurement team to source specialized services across the EMEA region. You will lead negotiations, analyze cost structures, and secure favorable agreements while ensuring timelines, quality, and budgets.

This is an Individual Contributor role with no direct reports. Requirements include a related bachelor's degree, 1–2 years to 5+ years in strategic sourcing, and strong financial and negotiation skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Supply Chain, Business, Economics or Logistics.
• Strong negotiation profile with ability to interpret numbers and run benchmarks.
• Experience in strategic sourcing or service management in a multinational environment.
• Fluent English; German is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation of contracts for logistics services, specialized transport, and construction support.
• Develop cost models, price benchmarks, and competitive comparisons with financial arguments.
• Drive negotiations and align objectives across suppliers, operations, logistics, sales, legal and finance.
• Collaborate with sales and tendering teams to calculate costs and secure supplier capacity.
• Ensure contract compliance and monitor performance and delivery targets.
