Kenvue is seeking a Demand Planner for a 1-year temporary assignment in Portugal. Hybrid work model in the Europe/Middle East/Africa region. You will lead IBP processes, develop forecasts, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to optimize demand and inventory.

The role requires strong analytics, forecasting software expertise, and excellent communication in Portuguese and English. Prior experience in demand planning or related fields is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Portuguese and English language required. Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead demand planning activities and IBP process within the market.
• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for products and markets using statistical tools.
• Analyze historical data and market trends to identify demand patterns.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing to align forecasts with market needs.
• Manage inventory levels to balance stock and obsolescence.
• Communicate risks and develop contingency plans for supply disruptions.
• Produce regular performance reports and drive forecast accuracy improvements.
• Coordinate monthly demand reviews and reporting deadlines.
