Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Data Strategy & Governance Specialist to join our team. You will help organisations understand, structure, and govern their data assets in a meaningful and sustainable way, collaborating with data owners, stewards, and business teams.

You will work on data lineage, metadata management, data quality, and master data management while engaging with AI leadership and data architecture teams to design modern data platforms.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or a related data discipline.
• Experience with data cataloguing and documenting data assets.
• Strong knowledge of Data Lineage, Metadata Management, Data Quality, and Master Data Management.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, map, and document data assets, entities, attributes, and business relationships.
• Gather source systems, data flows, and business rules with Data Owners and Data Stewards.
• Identify information gaps and data quality issues and drive governance initiatives.
• Contribute to Data Modelling and collaborate with data architecture teams and AI leadership.
• Ensure governance aligned with Data Lineage, Metadata Management, Data Quality, and MDM standards.
