Decskill is seeking a Client Data Strategy & Governance professional to identify, analyze, document, catalog, and govern enterprise data assets to ensure quality and availability for analytics and AI initiatives.

You will work with Data Owners, Data Stewards and technical teams to build a comprehensive view of the data landscape and evolve the Data Governance framework across domains.

Qualificações

• Experience in Data Analysis, Data Governance, or related data management roles.
• Strong understanding of Data Lineage, Metadata Management, Data Quality, and Master Data Management (MDM).
• Experience cataloging, classifying, and documenting enterprise data assets.
• Experience with data modeling concepts and techniques.
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements into data specifications and governance processes.
• Knowledge of T-SQL.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall project delivery frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and map data assets, business entities, attributes, and relationships across data domains and subdomains.
• Analyze and document source systems, data flows, business rules, and application dependencies.
• Collaborate with Data Owners and Data Stewards to formalize knowledge related to data assets.
• Identify information gaps, data quality issues, and opportunities to improve data management processes.
• Ensure documentation and ownership of data assets aligns with the Data Governance model.
• Support data cataloging, classification, and metadata management initiatives.
• Develop and maintain data models supporting governance requirements.
• Translate data requirements into governance rules and specifications.
• Contribute to data lineage, traceability, and data quality initiatives.
