Keenfinity Group is seeking a detail-oriented assistant to support financial reporting and data management. The role involves maintaining internal databases, documenting reporting workflows, and assisting with SAP-based purchase orders.

Ideal candidates have an engineering background, strong Excel skills, and fluent English. The position offers a hybrid work model and opportunities for growth within a global security and communications solutions provider.

Qualificações

• Degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills essential.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of PowerBI and SAP is a plus.
• Very structured, accurate and customer-oriented approach.
• Proactive communication skills required.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare financial reports and maintain internal database.
• Document database and reporting processes.
• Follow up on productivity actions.
• Follow up on Engineer Change Requests (ECR).
• Support Purchase Order creation in SAP.

Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

• Preparation of financial reports and internal database;
• Document database and reporting;
• Follow up of Productivity actions;
• Follow up of ECR (Engineer change request);
• Support on Purchase Order creations (SAP).

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Degree in Engineering area preferential;
• Microsoft Excel;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Knowledge in PowerBI and SAP would be a plus;
• Very structured, accurate and customer-oriented way of working;
• Proactive communication skills;
• Fluent English.
