Keenfinity is seeking a Strategic Buyer Assistant intern to support financial reporting, internal databases, and SAP-based purchase orders in Portugal. The role offers exposure to productivity actions and engineer change processes within a global security and communications solutions company.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in economics/management/engineering, are proficient in Excel, and possess strong analytical skills with a structured, customer-oriented mindset.

Qualificações

• Degree in economics, management, business or Engineering area.
• Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge in PowerBI and SAP would be a plus.
• Very structured, accurate and customer-oriented way of working.

Responsabilidades

• Preparation of financial reports and internal database.
• Document database and reporting.
• Follow up of Productivity actions.
• Follow up of ECR (Engineer change request).
• Support on Purchase Order creations (SAP).

Your contribution to something big:
