Job summary

IQVIA Language Solutions seeks an Associate Director of Strategic Business Development to drive net-new revenue across EMEA, engaging senior stakeholders and building a scalable pipeline. You will articulate IQVIA’s value in AI-enabled, human-led multilingual healthcare solutions and lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals from discovery to close.

The role emphasizes executive relationship building, collaboration with Presales, Delivery, Finance and Legal, and the ability to travel across Europe

Qualifications

• Proven success in enterprise business development or strategic sales.
• Strong experience selling to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, CRO or healthcare organizations.
• Localization, multilingual content or regulated-content experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and exceed an annual net-new bookings and revenue target across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, CRO and healthcare customers.
• Build and manage a high-quality pipeline through strategic prospecting, networks, events and collaboration across IQVIA.
• Lead consultative discovery with senior stakeholders and translate customer challenges into differentiated solutions across clinical, regulatory, safety, patient, medical and commercial workflows.
• Position AI-enabled, human-assured and expert-led delivery models according to content risk and customer outcomes.
• Own the full sales cycle—from qualification and opportunity strategy through proposal, negotiation, contracting and handover.
