Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Storage & Backup Administrator to join our Infrastructure team. You will manage, monitor, and protect the organization’s data, ensuring storage and backup availability, performance, and resilience.

Hybrid work environment and collaboration across Systems, Cloud, Network, and Security teams are part of the role. The ideal candidate has experience with storage and backup solutions, SAN/NAS knowledge, and proficiency in Windows/Linux systems with basic

Qualificações

• Experience administering storage and backup solutions.
• Knowledge of SAN and NAS infrastructures.
• Experience with enterprise backup solutions such as Veeam, Commvault, NetBackup.
• Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux systems.
• Basic virtualization knowledge (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Technical English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and monitor storage platforms (SAN, NAS, and storage arrays).
• Manage backup and data recovery solutions.
• Ensure the execution and monitoring of backup processes.
• Participate in the implementation and maintenance of disaster recovery strategies.
• Analyze and resolve incidents related to storage and data protection.
• Support infrastructure migration, expansion, and optimization projects.
• Collaborate with Systems, Cloud, Network, and Security teams.
• Implement continuous improvements regarding availability and performance.
• Create and update technical documentation and operational procedures.
