Responsibilities

• Support the governance of Infineon\'s Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001
• Participate in, perform and document external and internal audits, including traveling to various locations
• Maintain documentation, reports, and key performance indicators
• Support Infineon sites in implementing, monitoring, and improving their local management systems
• Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal standards
• Participate in the development and implementation of improvement projects
• Contribute to the preparation of the sustainability report
• Report to authorities and industry associations as required

Your Profile

You have a strong passion for sustainability and a proactive approach to driving environmental and social responsibility. You are a collaborative and communicative professional with strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and an independent working style, combined with organizational talent, a sense of responsibility, and a willingness to pursue continuous learning and professional development in environmental and occupational safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s in environmental management, engineering, sustainability or a related technical field such as natural science
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with management systems according to at least one of the following standards: ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or ISO 50001
• Knowledge of relevant legal requirements and standards
• Ability to travel
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
