UJET, a leading AI-powered contact center platform, is seeking a Staff Software Engineer (Fullstack) to own end-to-end architecture across frontend and backend. The role emphasizes SME leadership, high-availability services, and AI-driven development practices in a hybrid Porto setting.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of software development with strong fullstack experience.
• Strong knowledge of modern distributed computing.
• Proven track record with large-scale services performance.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL/datastores (MySQL, NoSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch).
• Proficiency with Git, Docker, CI, 12factor, etc.
• Experience designing and scaling microservices.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language (Java/Go/Ruby/Python) and a modern frontend (React/Angular).
• Experience with AI-driven development tools and practices.

Responsabilidades

• Establish SME ownership for the product domain and drive initiatives across the team.
• Oversee product quality across domains and boundaries.
• Lead and deliver high-availability, low-latency fullstack services.
• Collaborate with managers, engineers, product owners and designers.
• Architect, design, develop, deploy, and operate scalable services for diverse customers.
• Contribute to company-wide integration architecture and best practices.
• Promote AI-driven development and responsible tooling adoption.
