Job summary

Hard Problems is hiring a Staff Product Designer to own the end-to-end design of MEDvidi's AI Track, including provider-facing tools and patient interfaces. You will prototype with Claude Code or Cursor on real codebases and contribute to the design system with reusable components and tokens.

You will independently gather requirements by talking to providers, medical operations, and product managers, driving solutions to release without a mandated brief. Fluent English and Russian are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product design, with complex interfaces (EHR, admin panels, CRM, or operational tools).
• Experience designing human-AI interaction, including model-output review/accept/edit/reject.

Responsibilities

• Own design across the AI Track from problem definition to delivery.
• Design and iterate human-AI interaction patterns for provider workflows.
• Validate decisions with users and coordinate with engineering for release.
