Dashlane Inc. in Lisbon is seeking a Staff Engineer to elevate the reliability, performance, and quality-by-design of the Web Platform. You will shape long-term architectural direction and empower teams to ship faster and more confidently at scale.

You will act as a technical multiplier, designing platform-level quality capabilities, guiding decisions across teams, and embedding a security-first, reliability-driven culture.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience in software development.
• Fluency in English and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Experience with React, AngularJS or VueJS (3+ years).
• Experience in a product-focused company (4+ years).

Responsabilidades

• Elevate reliability, performance, and quality-by-design of Dashlane's Web Platform.
• Design platform-level quality capabilities and observability standards.
• Define and evolve SLIs and SLOs from a web perspective.
• Coach, mentor, and influence engineers to raise engineering standards.
• Partner with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to balance engineering excellence with business needs.
• Lead end-to-end testing strategies to improve test effectiveness and release confidence.
