Matchtech is seeking a Systems Engineer (SRE, Observability & Performance Engineering) in a hybrid setup in Lisbon’s Taguspark. You will design, implement and evolve observability, performance engineering, and reliability practices across on-prem and distributed systems.

You will collaborate with Architecture, DevOps, QA, Development, and Operations teams, automate tests, analyse incidents, optimise performance, and promote engineering quality.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong experience with SRE practices and observability.
• Proficient in Windows and Linux system administration.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and evolve observability and monitoring platforms (Zabbix, InfluxDB, Grafana, Telegraf).
• Analyse incidents and drive improvements to prevent recurrences.
• Define and execute performance engineering strategies across backend systems.
