Sysmatch in Lisbon is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (Security & Identity) to join the Cloud Services Platform Reliability team in a hybrid role. You will focus on security, identity, and availability of public cloud services, delivering secure-by-design operations and IAM alignment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver secure-by-design cloud operations aligned with security frameworks.
• Act as senior technical reference for security and identity reliability.
• Patch management across Windows and Linux cloud workloads.
• Operate WSUS and Red Hat Satellite as patching platforms at scale.
• Produce patching compliance reports (risk exposure, SLA breaches, remediation status).
• Align patching baselines with corporate security policies with minimal disruption.
• IAM: Secure operation of Active Directory and Entra ID per IAM directives.
• Enforce least privilege, RBAC, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
• Deliver periodic access reviews and remediation actions for privileged access.
• Maintain AD OU structures, GPOs, delegation, and admin separation.
• Implement cloud security controls per minimum requirements and hardening standards.
• Ensure cloud services comply with security architectures and governance.
• Support security assessments, audits, and risk analyses for cloud services.
• Drive remediation of non-conformities with governance teams.
• Ensure security tooling (EDR, vulnerability scanning, logging) deployed and monitored.
• Deliver security KPIs and dashboards for coverage and health of agents.
• Maintain alignment between cloud assets and CMDB/inventory systems.
• Contribute to automation and standardization of security tooling integration.
• Act as escalation point during cloud security or identity incidents.
• Coordinate containment and recovery actions with SOC, Cloud Security, IAM, and platform teams.
