Job summary

Reach IT is seeking a SRE/DevOps Engineer to join a cloud platform environment focused on infrastructure automation, CI/CD optimization, system monitoring and L2/L3 incident resolution across Azure and Linux environments. Strong Terraform IaC, Azure DevOps and observability expertise are required.

The role emphasizes automating operations with Python/Bash, enhancing reliability, and collaborating with multiple teams to secure and optimize cloud services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps or Platform Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
• Azure DevOps expertise, including Pipelines, Repos and Boards.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including infrastructure, databases, data and ML.
• Python and/or Bash/Shell for operational automation.
• Datadog and Azure Monitor for monitoring, alerting and troubleshooting.
• Experience resolving L2/L3 incidents and identifying root causes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
• Create and optimize CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps.
• Automate operational processes using Python and/or Bash.
• Monitor system performance and availability using Datadog and Azure Monitor.
• Troubleshoot and resolve L2/L3 incidents across cloud and Linux environments.
• Implement security controls and support Azure data processing and analytics services.
• Collaborate with Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure, Security and Data teams to improve reliability and operational efficiency.

Skills

• +5 years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps or Platform Engineering;
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code – IaC);
• Azure DevOps expertise, including Pipelines, Repos and Boards;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including infrastructure, databases, data and ML;
• Experience with Python and/or Bash/Shell for operational automation;
• Experience with Datadog and Azure Monitor for monitoring, alerting and troubleshooting;
• Proven experience resolving L2/L3 incidents and identifying root causes;
• Understanding of cloud security controls and data processing services;
• Professional English in international engineering environments.
