Intermedia is seeking a Sr. DevOps Engineer to maintain service infrastructure, develop IaC automation, test and deliver code across QA to Production, and collaborate with the development team to improve architecture.

The role combines primarily remote work with occasional visits to the Coimbra office in Portugal. You will manage CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure with Ansible and Terraform, and oversee AWS resources alongside Kubernetes deployments.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering or related field.
• Strong Linux knowledge and CLI proficiency.
• Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, Github Actions, and Jenkins.
• Experience deploying and maintaining AWS resources at scale.
• Experience deploying and maintaining Kubernetes clusters in production.
• Proficiency in scripting with Go, Python, or Bash.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement infrastructure provisioning automation with IaC (Ansible, Terraform).
• Manage AWS account resources and optimize spend.

About the Role:

While primarily remote, this role requires occasional visits to the office in Coimbra. We plan to open offices in Aveiro and Porto in the future. This approach gives team members the flexibility to work remotely while also coming together in the office for collaboration and teamwork.

AnyMeeting is a highly loaded video conferencing and webinar service based on WebRTC project. An important aspect of our service is the adaptation of video and audio quality to the quality of the client's network (3G, WiFi, LTE, 5G). The service works around the clock and is available worldwide. We are actively seeking talent for our DevOps team to maintain the service infrastructure, develop IaC automation, test and deliver code to environments from QA to Production, troubleshoot and resolve issues on test environments, and collaboratively improve the application architecture with the development team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support and develop CI/CD processes across build platforms such as Jenkins, Octopus, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.
• Design and implement infrastructure provisioning automation using Infrastructure as Code with Ansible and Terraform.
• Manage AWS account resources to ensure spending is under control.
• Troubleshoot test environment issues to unblock the progress of the development team.
• Take a leading role in incident handling, driving root cause analysis, and ensuring that fixes are delivered in a timely manner.
• Deploy applications across Linux, Windows, and Kubernetes environments.
• Automate routine and repetitive tasks

What You Will Bring to the Role

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Linux and comfort working at the command line.
• Ability to design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, Github Actions, and Jenkins.
• Experience managing AWS account resources at scale.
• Experience deploying and maintaining Kubernetes clusters and workloads in a production environment.
• Proficiency in scripting tools or languages like Go, Python or Bash.

Bonus Skills

• Experience managing Windows Server infrastructure and IIS applications.
• Familiarity with VoIP and WebRTC, understanding of the principles of network protocols (SIP, RTP).
• Experience working with globally distributed and remote teams.
