Capgemini Engineering in Lisbon is seeking a SQL Server Database Administrator (DBA) to join a team responsible for the operation, maintenance, and management of critical information systems and technologies. The role focuses on ensuring the availability, performance, and reliability of SQL Server database environments within complex enterprise infrastructures.

Qualificações

Strong experience in Microsoft SQL Server administration.
Experience with AlwaysOn, SQL Server Clustering and Replication.
Experience with backup and recovery management.
Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux environments.

Responsabilidades

Administering Microsoft SQL Server databases (System & Application).
Managing and supporting highly complex and business-critical environments.
Monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing database performance.
Performing performance tuning and identifying improvement opportunities.
Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving operational issues.
Managing SQL Server backup and recovery processes using Veritas NetBackup and Commvault.
Supporting high-availability and disaster recovery architectures.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to maintain and enhance database platforms.
