The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SQL Server and T-SQL, combined with good knowledge of Oracle databases, and a strong problem-solving mindset.

Qualificações

• Proven professional experience as a Senior DBA / Database Administrator.
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Solid experience with SQL and T-SQL.
• Good knowledge of Oracle Database.
• Experience in SQL query optimization and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of database backup, restore and recovery processes.
• Experience with production support and database troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Administer, monitor and maintain database environments, ensuring availability, performance and stability.
• Develop, analyze and optimize SQL/T-SQL queries, stored procedures and database structures.
• Perform database performance tuning and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex database incidents and performance issues.
• Provide technical support for production environments and ensure timely resolution of database-related issues.
• Perform and support backup, restore and recovery activities.
• Support database maintenance, upgrades and migrations.
• Monitor database performance, capacity and availability, proactively identifying potential issues.
• Work closely with Development, Infrastructure, Application Support and other technical teams to investigate and resolve problems.
• Analyze complex technical issues and propose effective and sustainable solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of database administration processes and solutions.
• Document technical procedures, configurations and troubleshooting solutions.
