Job summary

Komodo Consulting seeks an experienced SQL Developer to join a technology-focused project in Lisbon on a hybrid model (2 days in the office). You will develop and maintain stored procedures and functions, optimize complex queries, and tune SQL Server performance to support diverse business needs.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 3 years of SQL Server experience, and English (B2+) and Portuguese proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with SQL Server.
• Proven knowledge in creating Stored Procedures, Functions, and advanced queries.
• Experience in database tuning and performance optimization in SQL Server.
• Experience with DevOps practices (preferred).
• Fluency in English (B2 or above) and Portuguese.

Responsibilities

The Project

We are seeking a SQL Developer to work on a Technology project.

You will have the following responsibilities.

• Develop and maintain Stored Procedures and Functions in SQL Server;
• Write and optimize advanced queries to support business needs;
• Perform database tuning and performance optimization on SQL Server environments;
• Support the optimization of existing queries and Stored Procedures;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure database reliability and efficiency.

You need to have the following skills/experience.
