O programa proporciona experiência prática em dados clínicos, desenvolvimento de apps RShiny e suporte a análises biomédicas, sob mentoria dedicada.

Candidato ideal: matriculado ou recém-terminado numa licenciatura, inglês ≥ B2, boa comunicação e colaboração, disponível para trabalhar presencialmente ≥3

Responsibilities

• Contribuir para a análise de dados clínicos.
• Desenvolver aplicações RShiny para apoio a análises.
• Suporte em bioinformática e análise de biomarcadores.
• Colaborar com equipas transversais e mentoria.
• Participar de onboarding e workshops de desenvolvimento.
• Possibilidade de visita a outro hub.

SPARK Trainee Bioinformatician/Biometrics

Job Purpose

The SPARK programme is a dynamic, paid traineeship designed to give candidates hands‑on experience in the fast-paced biotech industry. Over 3 to 12 months, you’ll gain real exposure to MoonLake’s mission, work alongside experienced professionals, and grow in an international, purpose-driven environment. Your profile

Key Accountabilities

• Contribute to the analysis of clinical data
• Develop RShiny apps to support additional analysis and external publications
• Bioinformatics and biomarker analysis support for clinical trial and research data
• Contribute to real, high-impact projects across scientific, operational, or strategic teams
• Participate in onboarding and skills workshops tailored to your development
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with teams in your hub and beyond
• Receive guidance from a dedicated mentor, including mid-program and final performance reviews
• Actively participate in team life, including a potential visit to another hub

• Accepted at an institution for higher education, currently enrolled in or recently completed a higher education degree
• Curious, motivated, and eager to grow in a biotech setting
• B2 level of English or higher (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Able to work in person at one of our offices at least 3 days/week

Work Location

• 3 days/week in our Cambridge (UK) office.
